In some instances our Veterans may need more time to work out credit issues, build up job time, prove income ( if self employed ) and or sell a current home. So we have a Lease Purchase program that allows you to move into a home now and lease the home for a specified amount of time and then buy then home at the end of the lease. You lock in the sales price up front and your security deposit / and sometimes a portion of what you pay in rent is credited back to you at closing.
This is a great program for our Veterans that want to buy a home but are just not able to obtain the mortgage loan right now.
